Beef by the Quarter 

 As easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Call us with your order and $50 deposit
2. Call the processor when notified, with your cutting instructions.
3. Come  to Danda Farms at the scheduled time to pick up your Quarter Beef!

More details about how this works:

$50.00 down payment per quarter to confirm your order.  The remainder is due when you pick up the beef.  You can generally expect your beef to be ready 4-6 weeks after you place the order.   An average quarter yields 105-115 pounds of meat in your freezer,  this varies slightly depending on animal size and what cuts you choose. Our price is for a mixed quarter (or divided side).  A hind quarter is available upon request and with an additional price. 

We will schedule the butchering date and let you know when to call the processor  with your order.  When your meat is ready, you will be notified by phone of pick up time and date.  Please keep in mind that all quarters include a variety of cuts including ground beef, which is usually 50-66%  of the yield.  You can choose to have your beef white wrapped or cry-vacked.   The processors are helpful with any questions concerning how you would like your meat cut up. They do charge an additional cents per pound for special cutting ( cubes, patties, chip steak).

Large Quanity Discount

A Large Quanityis discount is offered year round, in-store on ground beef/hamburger patties. 

20 pounds or more-5% off

50 pounds or more- 10% off

100 pounds or more- 15% off
