Danda Farms Certified Organic Since 1994

David Martin was raised on the farm where  his children now work and play.  However, in the early 1990's while  farming "conventionally", David began  to get concerned about the chemicals he was putting on the crops  and the possible health detriments that would cause his young family.  He researched organic farming and discovered that it was the better choice in more than one way:  healthier  for the family and  kinder to the environment. Three years later our farm was ready to meet the stringent standards of  "Certified Organic",  a title we still use with pride today. 

Our Farm

Located in beautiful, green Lancaster County, the Home  Farm at Lititz Road consists of 180 acres. We milk approximately 115 Holstein Cows twice a day.  In addition, we crop  farm organically on several farms north of Harrisburg, Pa.

Who We Are

The Martin Family consists of David & Robbin Martin and their 14 children ranging in ages from 27- 3 years. 

Most of the children are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of farm work.

David and Robbin also have 6 grandchildren!
